Player Registration

The WSSA provides Player Registration for the leagues we service through our WebSite, via Mail, and in the WSSA Office. You MUST have a current WSSA Player Card to participate in a WSSA sanctioned match. The WSSA office is the only place in Washington that prints the WSSA player card. There are other locations throughout the state where you can provide the appropriate information and pay the necessary fees to begin play immediately. There will be a short waiting period until you receive your actual card, while these locations forward your requests to the WSSA office for processing. You will receive a paper pass to use until your card arrives in the mail.

Please select the type of Registration you are interested in and complete the form you will find under Player Card to initiate the registration process. Please note that by submitting any Registration request:

You agree to abide by the laws and rules of the game of soccer as promulgated by the International Football Federation (FIFA), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the Washington State Soccer Association (WSSA), and any affiliated league or team which may sanction a competition in which you choose to participate. You further agree that failure to abide by these laws and the rules may result in the revocation of the right to play granted by the acceptance of your registration request.

Type of Registrations

New
WSSA provides Player Registration ID cards for a single League ($27.00) or multiple Leagues($32.00) for a 1 year duration. New Players cannot register online. You must download and complete the WSSA Player Registration Form (see below under Registration Requirements for more details) and mail it, as appropriate.
Renewal
Existing Registration cards can be renewed via the Player Card process.
Replacement
You can request a Replacement card (for lost ones) via the Player Card process ($12.00).
Tournament
WSSA offers a Tournament Pass, if you want to purchase a player card and use it ONLY for affiliated tournaments. The player card itself will look the same as a regular pass but will be on "hot pink" PVC cards. A request to renew a tournament pass can be made via the Player Card process. You will not be permitted to play in affiliated league games with this player card.

The date of issue will actually reflect the date you first registered for the tournament pass. It should be emphasized the expiration date will always be December 31st of the current year. The cost for the yearly tournament pass is $15.00. You may convert your tournament card to a regular league pass by paying an additional $12.00 or $17.00 (single league or unlimited pass, respectively). The new expiration date will reflect one year from the date the original tournament pass was issued, not the date you are converting it. You must turn in your pink pass at the time you convert it.
